We accept all major credit card providers, including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.

Where do you ship?

We ship all over Australia.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be dispatched from Shop Polln within 1 business day.

Estimated times for shipping once your order has been dispatched are:

1–4 days express shipping

3–8 days standard shipping

How much does shipping cost?

$15 express, or free for purchases over $200

$10 standard, or free for purchases over $100

What do I do if there is an issue with my product?

If you receive your product and it is not as you expected, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to describe the issue and provide photographic evidence. We’ll assess the issue and reach out to any suppliers or third parties if needed to reach a speedy resolution.
